1. Return Eligibility

We offer returns only in case of damaged products.

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

• The product must be unused and in original packaging

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage

Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process your return request.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Share:

   • Order details

   • Clear images of the damaged product

   • Unboxing video evidence

Once approved, you will be instructed to send the product to our address.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are required to send the product back to the following address:

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

• We recommend using a trackable courier service

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product

• Once approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method

• Refund processing time: 7 to 10 working days

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Products that are not damaged

• Used or altered items

• Products without original packaging

• Orders without valid proof (unboxing video)

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
